Chia Seeds Pudding
A healthy morning snack!
¾ cup of low-fat milk
6oz of low-fat Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup of chia seeds
For topping your choice of:
Blue berries
Granola
Banana (slice)
Strawberry (slice)
Instructions
1.
Combine all ingredients together except for chia
seeds in a medium bowl. Make sure all the ingredients are well combine. All the
chia seeds. Mix well.
2.
Cover the bowl up and leave in refrigerate overnight.
3.
In the more mix the puddling one more time and
then spoon into desire bowl or cup.
4.
Top with your choice of topping.
